We believe that our youth athletes should engage in an environment where the emphasis is placed more on the athletes learning and long-term technical skills development to provide an opportunity for the their passion to grow without all the extreme pressure. While we take our coaching and programming seriously, we want our youth athletes in this age range to have the space to learn how to be a part of a team, understand how to train properly, build the proper technical skills of sport, and to explore the various events that track and field has to offer without the pressure and sole goal of winning.
We believe in developing the discipline of training, teamwork and proper event specific mechanics,and having good character while keeping practices and competition fun. We want to make sure that we afford our youth the room to learn at a pace that make sense for them and to know that they have the full support from their teammate, coaches, and parents.
